Crowned Jewels-Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting crowned Jewels. All pieces are made in limited runs. Please read our policy before placing an order.

  1. Order Verification - To reduce fraud and lost packages, the billing address and shipping address must match on all orders.

    orders with mismatched addresses will be canceled and refunded, minus any processing fees.

  2. DELIVERY & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT- ALL PARCELS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY.

    If no one is available to sign, the carrier will follow their standard re-delivery procedures.

    Crowned Jewels is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” with a valid signature but not received.

  3. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

    item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

    item is not a final-sale, limited drop, or marked “no returns” at checkout

    Return shipping is prepaid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

4. EXCHANGES- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size is sold out, we’ll issue a store credit or refund. Email us within 7 days of delivery to start an exchange.

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEMS- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@crownedjewels81,com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. CashApp/Zelle/Apple Pay refunds are issued to the same account used at checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items- Items marked “final Sale” or “Limited Drop”, Gift Cards, Items damaged due to customer error

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES- We cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed. Cancel and reorder if you need to update it.
